No mute button and an extremely annoying and loud music ... oh yea, that sucks !!

And what ever i'm supposed to do to get the mummy free doesn't work. 6 hot spots but no effect ...

Shuinvy responds:

I update the file with mute button now, thanks for your advice.
The hint of the mummy is in a book, good luck!

i have absolutely no idea what is written in the description. But i guess it says something about "just a Demo". Well, in my mind you never the less should have translated the most important things to English ... but i guess i still found all the contend of your game. And it looks pretty good so far. But i hope you will change it from "M" to "A" later (with the corresponding content of course).

leitorgk responds:

Well, I moved to rank A.
thank.

this sucks!
- 4 stages of inventory and no idea where to use ... couldn't you add a number to the 6 skulls instead of using a single slot for each one ??? Same with the candles ...
- too many rooms in my mind = too much walking around
- the colors in the nets have a 45° shift compared to the puzzle. Why the hell did you do that ???

Meh .. i somehow don't like your game.

pretty nice game so far.

The battles are indeed a bit easy. But that's ok from my point of view. Better it's a bit too easy, than too hard.

There isn't much of girl action so war, but I'm sure you will increase the amount of that in the future.

ok, things i would recommend:
- show the same information about the save slots as you do when loading a game. first a slot is selected (by an option in the textbox). Stats of the save slot is displayed. Then the player can confirm or chose another slot.
- add a [cancel]-option when changing the girls. Once chosen there is no way to get out of this menu without actually changing something. (like "never mind ...")
-[1] reducing the amount of enemies in the dungeon. since there is no challenge in the battles it gets annoying.
- [2] stop the approach of the enemies if the level of the player is high enough (like: they are scared by the player and won't attack anymore) (either [1] or [2])
- maybe a interactive help (not absolutely necessary). Since you have a pretty linear story (at least that's what i guess) you could add some helping little creature (maybe on the first flour. After defeating it, it helps the player) that gives little hints what to do next. It took me a while till i talked to the red-haired student to continue the story (instead i was searching for the next dungeon level).

But never the less. A great game. I didn't discover any bugs so far. Keep going, looking forward your updates / progress.

HypnoChanger responds:

I am planning on having save slots show stats as soon as I can; The game only knows all the stats when the game slot in question is already loaded (so, when loading a slot, I actually have the game load the slot then display it's stats). So, it would overwrite saved progress to load a save slot to show you what is in it. I am working on a solution to that problem though.

I see what you mean, I'll see if I can write in a cancel option there.

I am trying to mess with the formula gradually to get the right balance. I will try to reduce battle frequency a bit more.

Someone else a little bit ago also suggested a way to skip battles when you are over-leveled. I'll try looking into that.

The game is a bit linear in individual plot-lines, but the entire game is not. The game it's self will have 4 main plotlines, and each character you meet has their own story that can branch off in multiple directions based on how you treat them that can impact how the main plotlines go. So, programming a helper to give hints might be rather difficult. I can see if it is possible though, since it is a good idea.

Thanks for your detailed feedback. :)

A "little" bit too big. To be precise, twice as big as i would recommend. And if the player than zooms out in his browser, part of the game is cut away at the edges. So, it's kind of unplayable for me.

limited moves = limited fun
invalid move = also counts one down

no power ups ... and it shouldn't be possible that the same color is needed in the next level again.
All in all the game is pretty lame ...

- first level is way too heavy. I lost over 5 times now. And as you can imagine, it gets boring / frustrating.
- Also the tank moves way too slow.
- The escape should be done automatically when dying instead of ending the level.

All in all its a slow gameplay where the player can watch himself dying within the next 30 sec but without the ability to do something again this (Tank simply moves soooo slow) ... a addicting game is something else ...

yc960 responds:

Player now move 15% faster.
Player now start with automatic escape.
Increased player power and health

Hope this fixes things

Note: you need to clear save for these to take effect.
Menu - data - full clear

Pretty interesting ... that guy flies through the pumpkins as long as he doesn't hit them directly ... could you teach me that technique too ? It would be way more easy to pass through a crowd of people in the mall ...

Ok, seriously: i guess you know what bothers me.

A blank Zero !!!

The rotation puzzle ?? Really ? There was no other color left than purple and brown ? Even after i figured out, that the guy in the walkthrough seems to sort the dark colored balls by some way, it was damn hard to differ between the two sorts ... just for that you deserve a 0-rating.

What is the difference between an already opened save/shelf and a place to use a towel at ? well, practically nothing. But in one case you get stuck and in the other you succeed.

The hint of the sliding puzzle should be placed next to the smartphone. It got boring to switch between the two ...

That white is a charger ??? how the hell shout we players know that ? I thought that would be a cellphone to ... from the back with a camera or something like this ...

The code tor the books/stone is at the missing book/stone. But once placed it can't be watched again ? I just know about the code by the walkthrough because i just placed the book/stone right away without having a closer look at it. So i basically can't continue playing, how frustrating ... and therefore you get no stars !!
