The tech's can be brought multiple times. Effect is just once, but you can spend a lot of science there :D

Also, an indicator (like the little white number right to the population) how much is added each turn.

Except that the game lacks an actual goal.

Wow, so many bad reviews. Com'on it's not that bad at all. Yea, movement is't that smooth, but it works in the end. Saying that, everything seems to work. To reset just hold space till screen gets black (3 sec). So, no big bugs found by me. Bigger game, maybe. But i guess some more features/mechanisms are needed than to keep the game interesting. But i guess i wound just leave it like this. Time killer for 10 min that actually ends some where (unlike most of the idle-clicker-games that just reset). So yes, i like it.

Ok, where to start. First, i really tried to play your game, but:
- "g" to pick up items? really? why not got for it and make it "k". It's just as comfortable to reach as "g" while playing with wasd
- where to aim to pick up things? Some crosshair would help in my mind.
- it's super laggy, but that could be my PC
- when running against a wall you get pushed back 5 meters. Feels wrong :D
- the text "you found a key" doesn't disappear. did i just found another one? or was it the key 5 min ago?
- where is my inventory. how many keys do i already have? How many shapes?

Yes, you are right, i didn't made it to the end of the game. Maybe i would have found some more points to mention, maybe some mechanisms get clearer later.

For 3 Weeks the game looks ok basically, but that doesn't mean it's enjoyable to play at the same time.

Honestly i appreciate what you're saying... G was chosen because i felt " G to get item" was clearer.. You dont have to " aim to get items" its simply on collision pick up.. (within radius) the gravity is understandably a bug thats why it pushes you back (unyet to fix) the invetory doesn't exist which is why every key you pick up has a sound( which doesnt carry to this webgl build)

Got till "wind may blow you down" and somewhere after that the hill seems to be not solid. I fall off of it to the very beginning (i guess?) and are now stuck inside of the hill.

Seems like it doasn't work on FF. just loads to 100% and than does nothing.

Make sure the game has focus (click within the game to regain focus) and click “start game”!

Generally nice game. But i'm totally stuck at lvl2 missing the last key. Would be nice if the slime could "remember" the way the more often you pass it by. So, walking the same way 10 times reveals a glow of the map, just enough to find out where i already was.

Great idea, but a bit hard to implement it in 48 hours.

Doesn't work. Neither on FF, nor on IE.
On FF just black screen after intro and nothing happens.
On IE error: "files not found: newgrounds/uplöoads/.../alternate/..."
Sorry, but there is nothing i can rate.
